Make sure the Security Role is already created. Click here to learn how.
- Login as administrator.
- From the Admin menu, choose Security Roles.
- Click the pencil to the left of the security role in you want to add the person to.
- Click the link named, "Manage Users in this Role" near the bottom.
- Use the "User Name" drop-down to choose the user.
- Enter an effective date and an Expiry date if necessary.
- Click on the link named, "Add User"
