When upgrading to DNN 7.3.2 or 7.3.3 some sites are experiencing an upgrade issue in which the setup pages that show security roles settings are showing errors instead. The pages affected are Site Settings, Page Settings and Security Roles and maybe more.

The problem is that a few security roles records have had a value changed during the upgrade and the new value does not make sense to the program.
